Returns & Refunds Policy

At Nikki’s Printworks, every item is handmade and often personalised just for you. Because of this, returns are a little different from standard shops.

 

Personalised & Custom Items

  • I cannot accept returns or offer refunds on personalised or custom-made products unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

  • Please double-check all spellings, dates, and details before ordering, as I create your items exactly as requested.

 

Non-Personalised Items

  • For any non-custom items, you may return them within 14 days of delivery in their original condition for a refund.

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact me within 14 days with photos of the issue.

  • I will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

  • Your order number

  • Details of the issue

  • Photos (if relevant)

 

I will respond within 2 working days to help resolve the problem.
