At Nikki’s Printworks, every item is handmade and often personalised just for you. Because of this, returns are a little different from standard shops.
Personalised & Custom Items

I cannot accept returns or offer refunds on personalised or custom-made products unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

Please double-check all spellings, dates, and details before ordering, as I create your items exactly as requested.
Non-Personalised Items

For any non-custom items, you may return them within 14 days of delivery in their original condition for a refund.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact me within 14 days with photos of the issue.

I will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
