Why shop at Nikki’s Printworks?

I take pride in creating quality products using carefully chosen, premium materials, finished with a personal touch.
Every order is made with care, and I aim to provide friendly, reliable service from start to finish so you can shop with confidence.

What are your products made from?

  • Cake toppers are made using premium quality gloss photo card for images, combined with a selection of cardstock, mirror card or glitter card. The exact materials will depend on the topper you choose.

  • Invitations are printed on premium 200gsm lightweight gloss photo card for bold, vibrant images and a polished finish.

  • Stickers are printed onto high-quality vinyl gloss sticker paper.

  • Party bags are high-quality paper bags with twisted paper handles (18 × 22 × 8 cm).

How do light up toppers work?

Light-up toppers include a small battery pack attached to the back of the topper.
They feature three settings: fast flashing, slow flashing, and constant light, controlled via a small button on the battery pack.

All lights are tested before dispatch.
Before use, please carefully pull out the tab to activate the lights.

All light-up toppers come with a safety information sheet.

I forgot to add all the personalisation details when ordering what can i do?

If you realise you’ve missed any information, please email me as soon as possible with the additional details.

If I notice information is missing, I’ll contact you to request it. Please note this may delay dispatch, so keep an eye on your emails.

I made a spelling error when providing details what should i do?

I aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, so please double-check all spelling before completing your order.

If you notice an error, email me as soon as possible.
Once printing or production has started, changes cannot be made. Refunds or replacements are only offered if the error is mine (for example, if I misspell something you entered correctly).

This protects both you and me and ensures orders are completed fairly.

I can't see the theme/design i'm looking for?

If you have a specific theme in mind and can’t see something suitable, please get in touch.
I’m always happy to take custom orders and will do my best to create something to suit your requirements.

I have a last minute order, can you do rush orders?

If you need an order urgently, please message me before placing your order so I can confirm availability.

I aim to reply to messages within 2 hours.
If available, you’ll then have the option to upgrade to 24-hour delivery at checkout.

Can I have the text on a topper a different colour to what is shown?

If you’d like a different text colour (such as name or age), please get in touch before ordering.
This will depend on the card colours I have in stock, but I’ll always do my best to help.
