What are your products made from?

 

Cake toppers are made using premium quality gloss photo card for the images and then a selection of cardstock, mirror card and glitter card. Exact card will depend on the topper you choose.

Invitations are made using premium quality 200gsm, lightweight gloss photo card giving bold and vibrant images and a premium look.

​

Stickers are printed onto high quality vinyl, gloss sticker paper.

​

Party bags are high quality paper bags with twisted paper handles. Size 18x22x8cm

How do light up toppers work?

Light up toppers have a small battery pack stuck to the back of the topper. Lights have 3 different settings: Fast flashing, Slow flashing and constant. there is a small button on the battery pack to change through the settings.

All lights are tested before they leave. 

Before use you must carefully pull out the tab to activate the lights. To do this please carefully press down on the battery pack as you pull the tab so as not to pull it off your topper.

All light up toppers come with a safety information sheet.

I forgot to add all the personalisation details when ordering what can i do?

If you notice you haven't provided all the information required for your order simply drop me an email to let me know the additional information.

If I notice information is missing I will email you requesting the rest of the details. Please note this will delay depatch so please keep an eye out for any emails from me.

I made a spelling error when providing details what should i do?

I try to dispatch orders as soon as possible so please double check all spelling before completing your order! If you do notice something please email me ASAP as once I have started to print/make your order changes cannot be made and I cannot offer refunds or replacements unless it is an error on my part (eg I miss spell something you entered correctly)

I can't see the theme/design i'm looking for?

If you have a theme you are looking for and can't see anything that is suitable please drop me an email as I am always happy to take custom orders and I will do my best to create a product to suit your requirements!

I have a last minute order, can you do rush orders?

​Absolutely! If you need an order in a hurry I will always try and accommodate this. Please drop me a message before you order so that I can confirm I am able to do this. I aim to reply to messages within 2hrs. You can then choose to upgrade to 24hr delivery at checkout.

Can I have the text on a topper a different colour to what is shown?

If you would like to have a different colour text (name & age) on a cake topper please drop me a message. I will do my best to help and it will depend on the colour card I have in stock.
